Conrad Nagoya is a hotel made up of distinct worlds. We created six food and drink concepts, shaping each from name and story to identity and experience: from Casa Oliva, a modern Italian inspired by the warmth and ease of dining at a friend’s home, and its outdoor café Songbird, to Sundrop, a lobby lounge that shifts from day to night, and House of Mon, a rooftop bar inspired by Nagoya’s Three Unifiers, alongside Teppan and Sushi. Together, they give each space its own character while forming a collection rooted in Nagoya, where dining, culture and storytelling become part of the stay.
